What is the Fall without a State Fair or a Carnival visiting town? The dotted lines remind me of the lights on the amusement rides and fireworks. This entire piece has so much chaotic motion to it that it reminds my of a crowded midway.

I have continued the painting over the edge and onto the sides of the canvas so the this piece does not need to be framed.
