Addison Paige #131 A Bold Garden Faces the Wind
#131 36" x 48" 1 7/8" Acrylic and Charcoal on Canvas 2015
A common subject for me; plants being blown by the wind. I like how bold the plants are and how the wind is portrayed by the big brush strokes yet with soft lighter colors than some of my other paintings. This is a happy painting to have hanging in my house.
This painting has been continued over onto the deep gallery wrapped edges of this canvas so that this painting does not need to be framed.
